Brand New 2011 Transit Tourneo 9 Seater Minibus

I need a bit of sound advice! I have just taken delivery of a brand new 2011 Ford Transit Tourneo 140Pi Limited 9 Seater Minibus, the vehicle was ordered and purchased through a Lease Purchase agent based in Caerphilly, Wales and supplied to me by Vospers Ford of Truro. However the vehicle has come to me via way of Lookers in Rotherham. The vehicle arrived on our door step in a uncleaned and all-round disgusting condition, with rubbish strewn all about the vehicle inside there are a few minor faults with the vehicle regards plastic window trims and seals, stained carpets, boot scuffs to interior plastic trims and very low coolant level etc. But the major worry I have is the fact that the vehicle was never put through a Ford PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) before it was released for delivery to me, so the service book has not been filled in by the Ford Main Dealer & supplier, this I have been told by a good friend would make any Ford Warranty Void, if I was to drive this vehicle. I really need somekind of feedback regarding this because at the moment all I have is £27k worth of new vehicle sitting on my drive that at present is not fit for purpose, and my business cannot run without it. Does any of your guys out there now whether this is correct? Den

1 sorry to be hard on this you should not of accepted it and told the company to take it straight back
2 if it came from lookers it could be from north gate contract hire there for it may have been out on hire
3 how may miles on the clock ? any more than 500
4 how long have you had it ? don't forget you have at least 14 days to send it back

one other thing does the reg start with a W ? if not then it didn't come from vospers as they are only a southwest dealer

The mileage is 165 miles which is the delivery mileage because it was a driven delivery from Rotherham and the Reg Plate does start with "W"

Even the delivery driver seemed to think that the bus had somehow not been put through a PDI! The bus was signed for but was signed for as being in a unsatisfactory condition and all the relevant problems seen with the vehicle on its delivery day last Thursday Afternoon listed on the returned including the fact that the service book had not even been opened by their PDI department to fill in the relevant info regarding its Vin number and warranty certificate which is blank and uncompleted.

We had a message before delivery that the vehicle had left Rotherham without its registration plates by mistake and was travelling to us on trade plates, and they had posted the plates via next day delivery. But the bus arrived with plates on it, but today sure enough another set of plates arrived from Vospers. This is all a bit much a very weird. It seems to me that one hand does not know what the other is doing or done. Den

very weird as vospers are a Devon and Cornwall dealer looks like lookers had an unregistered van and vospoers paid them for it
my own van i brought from a van dealers in southampton but it came from andover
