Meat on the bone I like :D but when the wobble lasts too long my little pecker shrivels up

Skinny lasses have too many sharp bits sticking out :( for my liking.

And in answer to the original question . . . NO

I thinked it too (and Seat Marrabella looks the same, I think), but I asked driver of that loco... and he told me some name of local type of car, which I didnt know... so I do not remember that name...
But it is not Fiat Panda nor Seat Marabela

..and engine is original from that citycar :)

are you sure that it is not depending on type of trailer?
In CZ it is generally illegal too, but if you have special trailer like this, with limited maximum speed (IMHO cca. 20 to 45 km/h? = 13to28 mph), it is legal.
And it is absolutely normal in lot of european countries. But you must have special trailer for it, of course.

in UK it needs to be a rigid tow to carry passangers- even then im not sure of the rules - it can be done but not on a ball type towbar :D
