That really is a waste of a transit :( . Have a look at the mileage, I bet its only done something silly like 20,000 mile if its sat their all that time. Just get a jeep or 2, hook up and drag, if it was local to me, you can bet thats what I would be doing! No way I would leave that their any longer, trees, bushes or even that old bedford wouldnt stop me gettin that out! :D

I wrote to Bryan to ask where it's located exactly! Surely someone must know who is the owner or in case he/she is dead who are the heirs! It's worth alone getting the rare interior, but this one should be restored!

As there are bits missing off it already, it looks like the next person to borrow something won't be the last......... What a shame.

People should leave it as it is now, hope no one put a photo of this in the PC magazines rust in peace section, to keep away criminal "spare hunters"! If Bryan contacts me, I'll try to get this one (in serious way) and restore! Should be a long time project, but doesn't matter! This one or perhaps the pre-facelift SWB Aki posted from Finland, between these ones I have to decide! :? But this one could be even more interesting in case of the rare interior and the facelift grille, so I might fit the chrome/black grille that were common on CI Motorhomes! Think that will look pretty good!

Strange to see how the wood effect stickers have stayed in place on the dash. Mine pealed off years ago (at least 15 years) and I ended up spraying the panel gloss black (though it has since been removed because the tabs/bolts fell off - they were glued on).

If intending to 'steal' them, pulling might release the glue holding them in place...

dunno how it works over there, but here, i would go to local government, find out whos responsable for the cars, and then suggest: i take them away for free to clean the area, good for nature environment

problem solved :D
