Has anybody seen a similar one of these with sliding doors ?. I lost a bet that none ever existed.

There was a sliding door Mk3 with a high top and auto on Uk Ebay a couple of years ago.Very rare piece of kit,sliding doors on a Mk3 look silly.

white arrow also had them on the start of the mk3 but then went over to slam door!
such a shame you cant beat the sliders they are great! 8)

One of my earliest transit memories was a mk2 white arrow van delivery his parcels and driving with the door open and me thinking wow how cool is that :D imagen my suprise years later when i found out there was a transit site gees life is sweet sometimes :D :D

Love sliding doors on vans but I'm sure I'd lose a ton of shiz out the door in the summer months, mind you maybe I'd have a tidy van then :lol:

we had a CA back in the 70's,loved the slider 8) think it had the 2.3 VX490 engine :?: remember it was mental on wheelspin :lol:

Probably the victor FB/101 VX4/90 1600cc twin zenith carb engine :wink:

There is a courier that delivers round my area, he has a K-plate mk4 LWB with sliders both sides, no SLD and a tailgate. Been trying to get it off him for years but no luck so far.

Will endeavour to get some pics if he stops for 5 mins, it is certainly very different.
