Whilst I don't particulary like the newest version looks wise from the front, I would actually prefer it to have an all black grill rather than colour coded, the dash does look interesting...what is that slot underneath the CD player, an additional CD input :?

But as for looks when compared to other vans well sure they are all very similar but then think back to when Fords introduced the Sierra (Jelly mould was one of the nicer comments at the time) radical in relation to the other cars around then but pretty soon all cars had the same sort of 'look' about them, vans have just taken a little longer to all appear similar.

Stranger things have happened....it might be a credit card with chip in that is part of the security system...no card no start. It just seems rather wierd to have it there as I doubt is is an additional CD slot unless the CD/Radio is one of those that is a faceplate only and the components are in different places under the dash..can't recall who did that but one of the big names did do that a few years ago.

I might get a little toasted for this but these look a heck of a lot better externally than the new Transit.

wait till you see the dash    they look ok from the exterior but it's the cab that makes it a no go
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Oh the small pictures they show on the website (LDV) are interesting from what they don't show but it is the outside of the new Transit that is suspect. Like I said I do like the new dash, somewhere to store everything from maps to 2 litre coke bottles and the plastic cup from the roadside cafe, I do think a builder will destroy that new dash though but then to be fair trades like that rarely look after the insides of their vans...I am having to replace near enough everything in my cab for this reason. Chippies and Sparks tend to look after their vans but for wet trades this is very rare.

If only they colour coded the whole front bumper And got rid of the 'pointed' part of those headlamps, they wouldn't be able to keep up on the production line

Couldn't agree more! Loooks like they've modulated the headlights so they probably have the indicators innermost now! The grill and badge are just too stupidly big. What is it with all the vans makers now that they gone for chunky fronts and slitty headlights - they always have to copy each other. Who started it? As for the inside agree is too plastic and the two tone blue colour is not good. And an off centre 3rd brake light too!
