Hey look people, i am thinking of spraying and restore the yellow mk2 (its mine), and if I would spray it yellow what do you think would complement most with it a black stripe from front to the back or a desgin like the a team van what would you do if it where yours???

yes gerald I arrived from work around 7 30 pm and the red one is always inside since it have tools in the box

Great photos, I have those vans on film but i v never been to hal far, i ll make a point and go one day as i thought transits were nt any, If you notice the Mk1 in metalic red i have a photo when it was red if you look it up in the Mk1's. Thanks i liked them alot.

To day I v seen this van for sale, The owner wants Lm1500 [3494 euros][2620 sterling] Its not a British secondhand import,it was bought new from Malta agent, it has no trace of rust and always garaged, it has a Di engine and the few minutes that i v seen it it really worth it,as you don't need to do anything, start and go, so who's interested give the chap a ring. Oh I am a bit unlucky I haven't met this one for sale before ! Mine has bought it for Lm 700 , 1630 euros and I had to do a lot of things before I cold run it even spray it.

But from the photo,of your van, it looks very good. The roof gutters are perfect even the panels look straight. If i m not mistaken yours is a early Mk 2, as the front mudguards and cornner bumperetes are short,posibly the grill and lights have v been changed to the later version. If i were you i would go for the 2 black bands on the bonnet like the blue van you sent me, but on your yellow. And if you want it really brilliant i ll add mettalic yellow with the yellow.

great idea , yes as far as rust is concerend I doesnt have many work to do , only a few at the foot step and the spring hangers
