Nice wheels. Just need to flare the arches a little. Going to be a mean looking van when finished. What you got under the bonnet?

Done something in past weeks, couple more years and will be perfect = ]
Image

For now ugly greasy 2.9 cologne running on carb and 2,3 oil pump with distrib = ] , electric pump always overflows carb, made one line back to tank, but needs regulator or another pump, bit exhausting as same problems again and again.... especially as planinig to put 24V later on.
T9 box with huge shifter spacer, shifts quite well and dont hit feet.

Image

Arches will be as is now, later maybe with 215 insted now 235-255.
Rear arches done to mach front, and I believe flairing front would be very difficult, as part wich meet doors are to firm. and wheels for now stands perfect, not acourding to mot, but will leave this one to sort later.

Thats does look nice 8)
What fuel pump are you running? most need a regulator to lower the pressure except one of those noisy solid state ones, if the float valve is sealing propperly and the return line is clear then TBH even running a few PSi over the recomended 3 PSi will be ok but much over 5 will push fuel past the valve even with a return line IME.

"push fuel past the valve "

that exact thing happend to last carb, needle goes sidways and dont return to normal position then I need to open top, put needle properly and wait till next time, changed carb to another one, for now it doesnt overflow, but near death seals die faster with high press pump = [
pump is noisy from 2.9 12v scorpio, as autodata says - around 3 bar pressure...
line into carb - 6mm, and in that line from pump to carb 3way nipple with 4mm line back to tank. Have couple regulators, but it seems that function scale on these are higher (on top and bottom possitions it does not affect owerflow), and it does not stop problem. Maybe it occures as needle once was damaged never funcions properly?
Looking for another pump, or any other fast repair?

Joy ride coused to hit arches = [ needs flairing afterall or just bigger bumpstops.

So found 0.2bar fuel pump, hope that will be good.
Quick q: wiper arms both same?
What is length of both wipers for original arms? 55cm?

Done first longer run with this Baby.
Sick acceleration, for Me it fells like drag tractor = ] throttle more on-off type at pedal top, so shift change results noisy body displasment (?) Some seems welded. Or it's just becouse most doors don't have seals..
Seems to be accepting all transplants well , sadly MOT has different opinion.
Strange and fast Van on a way!
