This is another one of Phil's, taken at the Ford Fair.

Image

Over all it looks good, but somehow overdone, or as Phil says wrong.

I agree, the huge wheel arech makes it look like too much bodywork is missing.

i tend to agree with fred here ... it looks like theres something missing from the back, it seems too high off the ground behind the rear wheels

Having looked at this again, I wonder if they have taken out the rear quarter panel, the traingular panel behind the wheels at the bottom? i may be to make it look higher, but personally i would have just fitted humongus springs! :D

if they have taken it out .... i can see why ... pain in the a$$ to repair and always goes rotten .... trust me i just repaired both on mine :( .... one side from all home made panels and the other using a fulll replacement ford outer panel ...... not too bad but have lost the seam due to tin worm and used body filler to reshape it .... mind you 1.5 and 2mm Galv plates arent going anywhere in a hurry and the chassis outriggers that had almost disappeared :? are now made from 3mm "C" sections :)
