Ive been to malta and would love to go again and possibly bring a mk3 lwb twin wheel back with me. how much would one in decent condition cost to buy? or even better still a mk2 lwb. ive seen a guy advertising transits hes imported for reasonable prices but would like an excuse to go on holiday aswell.

Have a look at here to see how much they go!! http://www.maltapark.com/searchresults. ... 33&start=1 In my opinion you would not find a decent mk3 though! They have all become tatty and worn out!!

I see what you meen about mk3 prices but there is some mk2 twin wheelers on there for 750 euros and some mk1 transits a lot cheeper than over here. i also notice that theres a few mk2 mondeos etc advertised for around 2ooo euros maybe i should look into how much it would cost me to take a mondoeo or mk1 focus over and bring a transit back. i dont mind tatty and worn out as long as theres not to much rust as after spending the last month welding every night i would like to have a break from welding. :D
