Can't we have a section just for these old customs :D :D :D

The enquiry is complete

The vehicle details for AMW 939L are:

Year of Manufacture Not Available
Cylinder Capacity (cc) 3500CC

I like the Vehicle Colour MULTI-COLOUR

Could not agree more :D a custom gallery would be good as there will not be too many more about if my experience of finding a good custom garage is anything to go by :(
I managed to find a custom paint shop after a lot of looking but could I find a decent custom workshop :?: not a chance. All I got from them was we only do body kits or off the shelf parts what a bunch of tossers there are these days. 25 years ago they were falling over each other to do work for you now half of them do not even return phone calls  and if they cannot plug it into a computer or buy it they are stuffed.

The market is there look at how many people are modding there cars with aftermarket crap  Imagine if they could have it individual and not have the same kit that everyone has :!:
I went to 9 or 10 garages for a full respray on my van I estimated 3 - 4 grand as I didn't want any filler if it was rusty  just cut it out and re-panel it and I had all the panels in the van almost and no one would touch it "too big" or "too much work" were the main excuses. The garages were empty and they are turning work away :?:
As for my second job well how fukken hard is it to fit a big engine in a van :?: Remove and extend bulkhead, fabricate engine mounts and make a new prop, plus all the other bits and pieces which I would have supplied I may have well come from Mars as the look on the faces of some well respected "mechanics" and I use the term lightly was one of total amazement followed by such words as it can't be done or I couldn't do it.
I was helping to do these things 30 odd years ago when I worked in garages in the school holidays and weekends then I did my own when I had learnt how I wish I could still do it today as there is money to be made.
