first time ive seen a transit without a fixed chassis under the bed.

hows that work then ? hydraulics or electric?, never seen one that i know of

I think it's great 8) but whats the advantage over a standard tilt bed with long ramps :?:
surley that would have cost a fortune when new, with all the engineering work thats gone into it!!! :D

I dont think the one on the backbone cruise had a hinged chassis, I think it had airbag rear suspension to lower the rear end. edit looking at hat pic it must be hinged as there aint no where for the wheels to go

O yes she bent in the middle the same but it did have the airbag suspension as well!

Interesting front wheels he has. Looks like low profile tyres and lowered suspension.

they run on some really wide tyres i think :? there something like 255 :shock: if you look closely there is a piece of rubber or something similar that extends the flare of the front arches 8)
