Looks like a shorter version of the one we just scrapped! It turned out to be made of a chassis cab and a caravan!!! Wonder if this one is too?

If I had only seen the second picture I would have sworn he was driving around with a tree strapped to the front of the van (for camouflage? or speed cameras?). 
And what's that on the back, A dog basket?
Hope they are good at reversing!!

It's obvious D C, in Oz they have a tree strapped to the front for thier own shade!
