hi
anyone know where i can get a repair kit for my 1989 transit 2 litre swb front calliper [2 piston sliding type]
ive tryed my local motor factors but they nolonger stock them

I'd just get one from a scrappy mate!
sometime the piston is worn/pitted and new seals dont last 2 minutes!! :(

granted mine were 4 pot calipers, but when i looked into getting rebuild kits for mine, it actually worked out cheaper to get refurbed units from my loacal motor factors

i tried to get rebuild kits as well for my 4 pot calipers and was told to get a recon one as its cheaper and you get a guarente..

although it looks like it might be for earlier 2 piston calipers (not sure of differences)
