Tyre sizes on a twin rear wheel ....

195R 14C on single wheel variants, but on a twin wheeler are 185's the norm ?

i'd like 195's on the front and the back too, but i have a feeling they will "kiss" on the back causing damage to the sidewalls.

anyone got any experience of this ?

if i have to go 195's on the front and 185's on the rear so be it (the fronts just look too skinny) and i would rather a widre foot print at the front

I run 195's all round on my recovery and that usualy runs fully loaded 90% 0f the time (sometimes over ) never had a problem with the rear kissing and i do a lot of driving, A LOT
mind you i do run at 50 psi all the time and never had uneven wear on a tyer i do go through 2 full sets a year but never uneven wear just lots of it

which wheels you using on that ? as i am beginning to wonder if some have different inset/outset dimensions

mine is running 195 14 on my mk 1 snow tyres! maybe that could be why she is abit wandery!
