Fuel line bleeding help

Hi can anyone explain how to bleed fuel lines on a 2007 fwd transit please I changed fuel filter without thinking put it on empty ffs started till it used up fuel already in lines then stopped it was then I realised my error ffs

Just pull the filter off, fill it to the brim with fresh derv and refit, Mk7's are self bleeding, it will crank a while whilst the air is bled through the pump bypass but will eventually fire. As you've found, diesels don't much like air in the fuel system.
