Winddown window rubber not sealing to glass

The driver side wind down window is leaking ot the bottom edge on the outside between the glass and the window rubber in heavy rain on my Mk5 transit. Is there any way to push the glass tighter onto the rubber seal so that water doesn't drip down into the door.. it doesn't seem to come into or onto the step.
