Adblue pressure problem after engine swap (minibus 2016)

Postby kissD » Fri Jun 16, 2023 9:37 am

Dear Forumers,

Long story short. I own a ford transit minibus (9 seats) from 2016 december. After 530 000km I had an engine problem so I've bought a brand new engine (I always took care of this bus with brand new parts from ford hungary like turbo charger, oil, filters, even the last sensor and cable) this brand new engine had a very short ( 12 000km ) life and the block just got a hole, like punctured... So we sent it back to Ford Hungary and got a brand new one again.. and this is where the problems started. The new block was switched and working but there was other problems like the fuel pressure needed to be changed, Some kind of f***' expensive cables had changed and so on everything around the engine. A few new parts needs to be set via computer which is totally okay but, during the calibrating the adblue system showed there is not enough pressure and until this problem unsolved the system cannot calibrated. Needless to say but we changed the high pressure part in the Adblue system (so f***' expensive again) but it is still not able to calibrate because of it.
Honestly I really hope that nobody else had this nightmare but I really need a solution for this or at least an advice what should I do now...

Thank you guys!
