Passenger floor - a lot of water

Hi everybody. Transit MK7, 2011, 2.2 85kw, FWD. It is clear that it is problem with A/C condensation, but strange thing is that drain hose thru the firewall actually drips.
So, my question is, how to reach the drain hose/pipe from inside to check it and is there any other thoughts?

To get to the heater unit you need to remove the dash complete.
Not as daunting as it sounds but heater electrical plug can be a pain to reach and steering column can be tight.
I've cut the lower plastic cross member from mine when removing dash and left steering shaft connected and laying column on seat.

I run the A/C to check, and yes, it started to be wet again. So it is not because of the rain. I can touch a wet sponge behind the plastic near the floor, and it is becoming more and more wet, so after a whole day of driving whole floor sponge is wet...
