2023 motorhome no cab electrics

Hi all, I have a Ford Transit 2023 motorhome and we've lost all electrics in the cab. For example: there's no central locking to get into the van, there no power or lighting to internal light, hazard switch, ignition, nothing on dash when you open the door or put the ignition on, no electric windows, nothing. The only thing i have is the radio and cigarette lighter sockets. I know it's under warranty but the technician has been looking at it and this is what we have . No odb2 communication, battery is good, connected jump lead from neg on battery to engine earth and nothing. Check fuses and relays on all boxes like the pre fuse box at battery, two fuses boxes under dash and engine fuse box and all fuses and relays are good. There is a 12v feed to all boxes but still no systems work. The leisure system in the back all works fine. We suspect the BCM has has totally failed and are thinking swapping the BCM with a known good one just to see if things at these power up before we get a new one and program it. Do you have any thoughts and help to put us in the right directions.

When you say "the technician" and "we think" do you mean Ford?

If not, it if it that new I would advise not touching it and getting Ford or the motorhome builders to look at it under warranty.

Any tampering and it gives them excuses to back out of supporting the warranty.

Vermin chewing the wiring has been a problem on later model vehicles, plant based insulation I hear.
