MY TRANSIT. 350 HAS NO IMMOBILIZER

Recently I had my 2016 Ford Transit keys stolen.
I had to get new keys programed and the other keys deleted from the system.
So the keys were deleted and new ones were added but it only unlocks and locks the vehicle.
It will not crank.
I was told to replace the immobilizer but when I go to take the plastics out it doesn't have one.
So now what do I do? Can one be added? How can I program the keys so it can crank.
Locksmith wasn't able to and said bring the vehicle to the dealership.

I did replace the ignition switch hoping it'd help but it didn't.
