Hikee problem

Having lost the original key i ordered a new one from TVL, its the right key as i took photo of old ones number. it pushes in just fine but wont turn to unlock the door. Wondering if old lock pins are too worn? no response yet from TVL so wondering if anyone has a fix, luckily the remote is working fine atm so no great rush.

Try giving the lock a good go with wd40 it could be just be stuck with no use had to do mine every month or so
