Paint Colour Code (RAL) Magnetic Grey

Hi I have a Magnetic Gray transit and I'm hoping to get a "colour matched" pop top for it , I know this colour is metallic but if I can provide a RAL code so they can color the fibre glass then it saves me £1000 ($1500 US ) , I know that its not ideal and that a flat colour will be ... flat but the saving is worth it . Does anyone happen to know the code or have any helpful advice on trying to eyeball it i.e do it in the daylight or shade etc . I kow nothing at all about colours and spraying etc so completely out my depth. Many thanks

In case this come up in anyone's search's , I askedthe local paint store and the person there seemed to really know there stuff and said they thought 7012 was the light side and 7043 was the darker . once I have done the work I'll post some pictures for peoples reference
