Diagnostic code issue

Hi all hope everyone is well , I'm a new member looking for help , I own a 2004 LDV Convoy minibus 2.4D 66kw 90hp and it's the ford duratorque engine RWD , I've never had any issues with it starting or running since I bought it nearly 3 years ago , I used it to go shopping last week and all was as usual I parked it up and left it for a few hours went back to go out and it wouldnt start and the glowplug light was flashing so I bought a OBD2 code reader that works with the FORscan software which put 3 codes up on the computer , p0216 p1659 and p1563 I was told to check my diesel filter which I did and it looked to be clogged so I ordered a new filter crosland F30223 and I fitted it today , I cleared all codes and tried to start my bus and after a few attempts trying while bleeding no1 injector it started , the FORscan software then told me to turn ignition off and on again and the bus wouldnt start but only 2 codes came back up which is PCM P1695 and P1563 FIP requesting engine stop any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated I've checked earth from battery to inner side panel and the engine to chassis rail and both seem clean and solid fixed , I've checked wiring from the battery to the diesel pump and there is a 12v supply at the pump , cheers all .

P0216 & P1563 fault codes refer to a failing timing solenoid....very common on TDDi Transits.

Thanks for your reply I also have PCM P1695 due to this code and its description CAN communication bus fault ( PCM / FIP ) I thought that maybe the ECU had stopped communicating with the fuel pump , maybe I should strip all the hoses out of the way to get a really good look at the wiring before I do anything else .
