Shaking when I accelerate engine light flashes.

Problem started with a slight hesitation when accelerating. Mechanic changed spark plugs and coil for 2nd cylinder.
The problem persisted and got worse. Now it was shaking hard when accelerating. Made an appointment with Mechanic and on the way one of the coils melted and had to get it towed. So Mechanic changed the other coil and then car wouldn't start. Battery light on. Mechanic said Everything looked ok he found an issue with the fuse box under the hood. Changed the fuse box. Picked up the transit and it was driving great for a week and now the problem is back. Engine light on and sometimes flashing. Losing power when going uphill and accelerating. This is a nightmare and I'm sinking so much money into this issue. I am reliant on this truck as i use it for my business. I am new to this forum I hope somebody here can help. Thanks.

Assuming it's a 2.3 petrol engine & RWD..?? Mk6 or Mk7..?? You've not told us what model Transit you have..??

Is it also LPG powered..??
