MK6 loses power, fixed when turned off and on.

Hello!

I’ve got a 2004 MK6 transit. Every now and then, the engine management light pops on and blinks, accompanied by a complete loss of power/acceleration. The engine’s still running, but the gas pedal just doesn’t respond.

If I turn it off and on again, it’s just fine.

It’s also been occasionally idling a little higher at around 1000, 1200 revs. Again, fixed by being turned off and on again.

Anyone got an idea of what it could be?

What fault codes are you getting..?? Assuming it's a TDDi..?? Which engine..??
