Ford transit mk8 2022 350 no dash display lights

Hi can anyone help please.. my 2022 ford transit 350 lwb has lost its dash board back ground lights. Jumped in it yesterday afternoon and the dash was black. We have rev counter, Speedo, fuel gauge etc but no back ground lights. I have checked the engine bay fuses but not as yet the fuses under the dash. It is in warranty still but the garage can’t look at it for weeks.!! The new hand books don’t have any fuse locations in there.. has anyone had similar issues or can anyone tell me which fuse to check as there not that easy to get to under the dash.!!

The cluster (IPC) needs a software update,so you’ll have to wait for the dealer,or find one who can fit it in quicker…
Don’t bother trying to fix it any other way,you may cause other issues or invalidate your warranty.
