Heater blowing cold air only

Hi. I have a 2016 Ford transit and the heater isn’t blowing hot air only cold. The two pipe coming into the cabin for the heater are both warm but just cold air blowing always. What could be the issue ?

1. If you have you have AC, its the blend door actuator at fault,.
2. If you don't, i'm not too wise on modern controls ......but if it has a large dial type knob, this can. become disconnected from its linkage because the valve was stuck and it broke the linkage.
3. Thermostat has failed, meaning extension bit on the stat is failing to block port off in the housing.
4. Heater core blocked and it needs a flush.
5. You are low on coolant.
6. This is the worse - early symptoms of head gasket failure.
7. You are starting every journey from cold with the heater on ..and in the present weather conditions its not getting hot enough.
