Air intake temp is part of MAF sensor.

Air charge temp is part of MAP sensor.

That eBay item is absolutely NOT an air temp sensor.

Its the coolant temp sensor in the thermostat housing.

I have the same code coming up on my 2016 Tourneo Custom. I have seen some videos where there is a green sensor on the intercooler but i can't see that my vehicle has that. Is it likely to be the MAF or MAP sensor, where is the MAP sensor located?

2016 is a changeover year for custom,can be a 2.0 or a 2.2.
2.2 has ACT sensor in intercooler (the green one you’ve mentioned)
2.0,ACT is part of MAP sensor

Thanks
I located the MAP sensor under the air box. It was clogged up, cleaned it up and put it back in and the problem has been sorted for now.

The error code came back. I put in a new MAP sensor and then had all sorts of additional faults. So took it out and put the old ones back in after a thorough clean. Every couple.of weeks the fault comes back again and I can clear it off but obviously something else is wrong, I changed the MAF sensor and still the same. The full fault code is P007B - Charge air cooler temperature sensor circuit range / performance bank 1.
Idle is a little rough on startup but that clears quickly and the van drives fine.
Both the Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure A and Barometric Pressure are reading 29.24 inHg.
Wondering if it is something emissions related? Or EGR maybe?
Thanks for any advice and insight.
