Vacuum line diagram

Hey all,

Does anyone know where to find a diagram or pictures of the vacuum system in a Ford Transit 2.0 TDdi FWD? I discovered that the previous owner has tempered with the EGR (the hoses are broken) and I'd like to fix them. I do not know however what components should be connected to the vacuum line coming from the pump. As far as I understand the following components should be supplied with vacuum:
- EGR regulator solenoid
- brake booster
- the air flow control panel inside the car

Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!
