Well done...That's close to normal pressure, ish...it should be 230bar +/-10%...or 3336psi +/-10% at idle. Cranking pressure, (before actual starting), is slightly higher at ~300bar or ~4350psi.

I suggest doing a rund on the learns, can't hurt and may even help.

Learns are basically a "re-calibration" of the fuel system....In the service functions tab in Forscan.

So an update. Finally got around to a starter draw test. It was pulling 180 amps apparently, way over what it should have been and robbing modules of required power. Fitted a new starter today, hey presto new van that starts immediately hot or cold. Thanks to all for your suggestions and help. :D :D

How may amps should it be pulling (average on say a 10c day) ..just so i know, should someone else have the same problem.
