Well done...That's close to normal pressure, ish...it should be 230bar +/-10%...or 3336psi +/-10% at idle. Cranking pressure, (before actual starting), is slightly higher at ~300bar or ~4350psi.

I suggest doing a rund on the learns, can't hurt and may even help.

Learns are basically a "re-calibration" of the fuel system....In the service functions tab in Forscan.

So an update. Finally got around to a starter draw test. It was pulling 180 amps apparently, way over what it should have been and robbing modules of required power. Fitted a new starter today, hey presto new van that starts immediately hot or cold. Thanks to all for your suggestions and help.

How may amps should it be pulling (average on say a 10c day) ..just so i know, should someone else have the same problem.
