Smart Digital Rear View Mirror ReVu

I have a new transit custom with the Smart Digital Rear View Mirror, this has an integrated dashcam. I can connect it to my Samsung S25 Ultra using the ReVu app but am unable to browse the dashcam media on my phone, I have tried changing permissions on my phone but this doesn't work, reset both phone and mirror, deleted app from phone and reinstalled, turned off and on phone and bluetooth but nothing seems to work. I have tried it with my old Samsung S23 and this works, just cant get the S25 Ultra to work, does anyone else have the same problem or a way to resolve it please.

im not really into mobile phones .. i did know that mac used quick time player

you need to download the VLC media player app .. and it may work, as VLC accepts all formats.
