Transit, turno no kick, no dtc codes

Hello guys, looking for a little help here, im.working on a trasit 2.2 puma engine, the proble is that the turbo doesnt work until it reachs like 2500-3000 when you fell likea little kick
I found that the maf shows me it has less than 32 g/s yet the turbo is totally closed even showin me the scanner it is 70% the actuator works well and it was tested and it is making me crazy already xDD
I will attach some screenshot of the scanner on live.

i cant make sense of those screen shots .. because each shot must have more info on them .. that is throttle position and rpm, otherwise the shots are meaningless to us unless you include that information on the shots or tell us what the van is doing rpm throttle etc at the time of them for each screenshot.. pic 1, pic 2 .. pic3 showing full acceleration etc

anyway if all the shots are at your max acceleration or you accelerating briskly

Then the EGR is open 20 percent. when it should not be ... letting all the boost pressure escape
