all your stuff is mainly temperatures .. i don't know what you are pointing out
if you wanted to know what the EGR was doing, you'd be putting: EGR percentage open - "desired" or "commanded" and "actual" pids up and not temperatures.
we are usually looking at loss of boost pressure , caused by:
.. boost pressure pipe leak
... EGR stuck open fault
.. and deepening what turbo you have: waste gate stuck open or actuator faulty
oh yeah .. minus 40 ones .. either faulty , unplugged or not used EG. only used in duel exhaust V8 set-up
so you must pick the pids that are relevant to the issue .

we can not see what you are doing with the throttle .. if cruising or accelerating , we do not know that..
