Ford Transit Custom 2.0 Ecoblue 2017 very difficult to start

I have a Ford Transit Custom 2.0 Ecoblue 2017 in the workshop since march because it turned to be very difficult to start when stopped for more than 2 hours.
After it starts the restart is normal and engine works perfectly with and no problem at all.
After it is stopped for more than 2 hours it cranks a lot before start.
Injectors and common rail changed, crankshaft sensor and cable harness changed, battery new, (start tests are made with a high capacity truck booster).
No DTC´s, all the pressures, high and low side, mesured and correct.
I´ve read some people having the same problem but it seems no one as a resolution for it!

Yes, just read up on the problem .,. those some people , some of them bought a new cylinder head or overhauled the head.

do a compression test
