Euro 4 mk7 2.4 into a 2.2 euro 5 swap

Im using a 2.4 euro 4 engine into my 2.2 euro5 transit mk7 rwd
im still using the 2.2 gearbox and clutch/flywheel
ive swapped all the wiring under the bonnet including bcm and ecu fuse box

the truck starts and runs but has an issue with the throttle can anyone guide how to get the throttle pedal to work please?
