Hello
I am trying to down plate a tipper to 3.5 - I have been told by DVSA I need to get a new manufacturers plate and only ford an apply for this. I have however not been able to speak to anyone who understands my request. . I keep getting replies of changing a reg plate.
Does anyone here know who/where i need to contact at ford to get this GVW plate changed ?
