unknown icon come on dashboard

Hi can anyone tell me what this icon that come on the dash of a 2025 transit automatic limited van is even the guys that sold me it at ford dont know, i also have the same icon that pops up but with a Y in the circle on the right that the tops of the y are arrows any help please, these are shown in the insrument pannels behind the steering wheel
