Ford transit ac clutch plate doesn’t turn On

We have a Transit 350 xlt 2021 cargo van.
The problem is the Front ac system for driver which doesn’t kick-On at all,
I went to the mechanic to see if the refrigerant was low and he did a vacuum clean, poured in new refrigerant, and oil. He also diagnoses it with his big scanner OB2 and says, “Fuse is good, Fan spins the right way as soon as Ac button is On, high or low pressure sensor are ok” blower motor and filter are cleaned.
He claims the ac compressor needs to be replaced (1200$), which we cannot afford.
The only thing he didn’t do is not apply 12V to the compressor to see if the clutch engages or not because I think maybe the problem is with the PCM which for some reason is not letting the compressor kick on.
I also (with my hands manually) try to spin the clutch plate (in case it was jamed) with engine Off, and it spin fine in both direction perfectly fine and easily, than I turn On the engine, ac On, and press/push/hit/ manually move clutch plate etc. see it will help to engage but unfortunately didn’t work. I also jiggle a little two-wire electric connector mounted on ac compressor with the engine and Ac On maybe the problem is the connector but nothing happens, and they seem to be clean. Then unplug the negative wire directly from the battery for 10min maybe it will reset the PCM, but Nothing changed except the time on the screen was reset lol.
Now can someone tell me if I missed something which I can try like giving power from fuse boxe direct to compressor see if it engage or bypass anything else or any other good idea to avoid replacing compressor?
-p.-s. In the fuse box in the engine compartment, there seems to be no relay for the clutch plate but only one small red fuse 10-amp which I already switched with another 10-amp fuse.

you need build date from off the door pillar to pick it out

Get the right manual link and look for anything air con in the fuses section .. you are looking for a relay

I use the "find on this page" function of internet explorer, just type in AC

and this is about as near to sorting this problem out as we can get you
as similar happened the other day and it's unsolved.

I checked but this vehicle don’t use relay. Ac clutch seem to be active from pcm.

in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box, there is no Relay, the only this this related is ''Air conditioning clutch'' Fuse #51 10Amp, i already switch with another fuse of same amp but didn't work.

In the Driver Compartment Fuse Box, There is absoltly nothing related to Ac system.
In the Body Control Module Fuse Box, There is also nothing related to ac system.
and samething for Passenger Compartment Fuse Box, Nothing there either.
There is Pre-fuse Box under driver seat, Nothing there either.

According to my little search on internet, about does this vehcile even have relay or not, here is what i found:
On the 2021 Ford Transit, the A/C compressor relay is non-serviceable and physically integrated into the internal circuit board of the Body Control Module (BCM) or Smart Junction Box.Ford designed this generation without traditional, plug-and-play square plastic relays for the A/C clutch. If you open the engine bay or passenger compartment fuse panels, you will only see fuses.

Not had a look at the owners manual yet.

but there are other things in place that may have a bearing on the clutch engagement, which i do not fully understand how they integrate with the whole system.

That is ,,, a temperature stat in the core of the evaporator in the dash (seems to be integrated into the core )

Has a pressure switch in the engine bay on ac line that when faulty can stop the AC starting

In the ecoblue a stop/ start system, has amongst its functions an electric powered water pump that pumps the coolant around the the heater in the dash when stopped .. it also has an electric valve on the main thermostat housing that keeps only the coolant from around the engine in circulation in stopped mode .. so that you cabin heater works all the time ..as they are all part and parcel of the whole AC system, each of these may have safeguards that stop the AC clutch operating when they are activated or at fault .. i just do not know .

Sorry , SO many posts here about air con lately, i have a job not getting people mixed up, have you used forscan to read any codes related to the AC system or stop start.

59 - Cooling fan relay.

i'm sitting here......you are on the job .. maybe this relay has several functions built into it ??? a possible multi-relay .. i don't know, look to see how many wires come out of it .. note i perhaps the clutch will only engage unless the fan is running and vice versa.

Dont like the sound of that . means new BCM

explore every other avenue first ..... including grounds etc

the grounds can be found / locations in the body and equipment mounting manual - BEMM

Fuse 7.5a is fine also checked it now.
relay for cooling fan is good also, as soon as i removed it the fan stp spinning, as soon as i put it back the fan turn On while the ac is On position. so basically they both are fine.
i am pretty sure i must replace the compressor i have checked pretty every thing except one last thing. if i buy a aligator clip and hook them up on battery and compressor clutch connector, will the clutch get power or this trick is for old school vehicle?

That's how I diagnosed mine, I connected two fly leads from the compressor to a 12v battery, and the clutch still didn't engage, so a new compressor was fitted which sorted the problem.

These "modern" compressors don't seem to be very robust, the one on my Mk6 stopped working, (which I never replaced), the one on my Mk7 packed up and had to be replaced, and I have one here on a Focus, which needs replacing too.

Apart from leaking or no gas, it would seem to be the main reason why aircon doesn't work, (in my experience)!

ambient air sensor under the front bumper

in forscan when these temperature sensors go down it will say minus 40 like so -40
