Ford Sync 1 - Phone & Media Issue

Hello all,

I recently bought a 2016 Ford Transit 350 XLT. It works great overall! However, the Bluetooth & USB/Aux media are not working on it. It is a Sync 1, and the radio, media with CD, Sirius XM, everything works except the "Phone" button and "Media" button when something is plugged into the Aux or USB ports. I have tried pulling and waiting, and pulling and replacing fuse F37. I have tried pulling the battery and waiting. I've tried pressing power & seek up together, which does nothing except turn off/on the power.

When I pull Fuse F37, the "Sync - Phone" menu option is greyed out. When I put a fuse in, it turns back on, but selecting it does not do anything.

Anyone have ANY thoughts at this point?
