You'll have to plug it into a diagnostic scanner , preferably forscan

The only thing i can think of for now is the clutch paddle switch .. which is there to detect when the clutch is pressed in and give it a few extra revs to carry it through, its an anti-stall feature .. these do fail.

anti stall switch

a stall is an engine cut out is it not

some people don't give all the info , just making sure, they call a stall a cut out.. etc

we go around in circles sometimes

Learns:
It means you plug it into diagnostic laptop etc .. and using .. for instance forscan, you press a button that sets it up again, compensates for wear and drifted settings .. so that it adjusts the software so it runs correctly. sort like a retune .

You cant do this with a cheapo scanner ..that only gives you the codes .

forscan is free and downloads to a laptop

You have to be sort of computer savvy to use it

To learn what's involved, type in forscan on youtube
