Which Trailer Towing Hitch Receiver/riser Best?

2018 T250 UHaul / Curt towing hitch is mounted very low and recessed forward necessitating an extension and riser to bring the ball back and up, but safety, towing and tongue rating drastically decreases when adding an extension. When raising the ball about 6 inches as necessary to level trailers, the driver side rear door hits the ball/receiver/riser. In order to avoid that, an extension is necessary but those extensions, even if solid, place too much pressure on the hitch and reduce tow and tongue ratings too much. What is the best overall solution? I've attached some examples of systems I've tried, but experts have warned of potential catastrophic failure and say don't use an extension as those are only safe for bikes, etc., not towing a heavy trailer.

You haven't got too much weight on the ball have you, i don't know the max for transit probably around 100 kg / 220 LBS

what is best .. well most of us who answer questions here, are not in your country, not familiar with the systems they sell out there
