got mk3 engine to fit into mk5 smile face will it fit? what will i have change to make it fit ? pls help no transport and its snowing :cry:

what type petrol /diesel?
but should fit same engine mounts etc.

diesel /diffrent engine mounts but looks like they swop over

yes the mk5 engine mounts will fit on the mk3 Di

At worst you may need to re-route a few fuel pipes etc, and maybe mod the wiring slightly.
