if that 415 bit of the code is what I think it is, and it's original to the engine, you have the best engine for top end. It's the one most commonly fitted to crew/chassis cabs destined to be tippers. My mechanic has another customer who spent £1,500 haveing a 415 engine rebuilt, it was so good.

I don't think you will notice any change to the performance, is the replacement pump a different code to the original? If so I would say do the injectors to match, though some would say it will be OK with the injectors you have. Try the original injectors first, then if you have any probs, change them to match the new pump.

I was told the Bosch pumps can be a bit picky, but others on the forum say it doesn't matter.

Did you change the pump and not the injectors?

yeah i changed the injectors..as i got the pump and injectors done together so they are matched...I believe the injection specialist put diffrent nozzles and pintles ends on the injectors...
