Is /80 the tallest aspect ratio and why don't some tyres show that /XX figure?

tyres on my van are 225/45R16 used to 265/50R14

The 16's are great for zipping around bends and roundabouts but not the best for carting a load
Yeah i know its big green and rusty so move your Porsche before i bash it with 460 cubes of fords finest cast iron
