About to get new exhaust for MOT - advise

Postby 4x4trannie » Tue Apr 11, 2006 4:49 am

Hi,

My MOT is due and my exhaust has 2 big holes in at the back, one where the clamp is and so is held on by some metal wire! I don't think it will pass. Does anyone have any advise for me before I get a new exhaust (e.g. type/make, etc)

If I can I always use Bosal.

Here is a link to the Bosal site, just put in your make and model and it will tell you how much you can get it for on-line, if you have to go through a fitter/supplier then you will obviously have to pay a little more..

I had a whole new exhaust fitted on mine last year, everything back from the manifold was £97 fitted by protyre. There is a protyre in London http://www.protyre.co.uk
