Just thought id update ya on the wobble

The other day at work we had a fairly heavy load in the back o the van roughly 1.5t.
She sat pretty level for a change from her normal stance.
Anyways pulled away and was driving across town through edinburgh and all its crap road hell lol.
Thats when i notced no wobbling.. it had totaly gone and apart from heavy steering she was driving like a dream..
Unloaded her and wobble retuned within a few hours.
Atleast shows the leaking gearbox onto clutch problem is not an issue or it would have slipped under that load.
There must be a underlying diff problem anaw that i dont notice to much cause o the stuff i carry daily. Ill hae a prod and a poke around at it during the week..see if anything leaking por that...

Hmmm, that would mabe point to propshaft uj's running at a different angle? is that what your thinking?
or the extra weight somehow not allowing backlash/vibration in the diff?

strange one :?
:D

Hi m8
I would deffiantly say the extra weight gets rid of the problem :?
it just vansihed compleeltly...
Evrything at the back of the van seems fine there are no visiblke oil leaks around the diff area and its quiet when running. The prop was worked on last year so it should be abck in place correctly ad hope
Im gona have a look at the gearbox area again cause i got this theory its maybe a leak ... would explain the wobble disapering when its underload cause the van sits low at the backend. Until then she happily wobble for a few moments each morning :D
Cheers
