Eratic Cold Tickover

Yet another question from GMC !!!!

I have a '95 Transit Di with a Bosch injector pump.

It starts first time from cold, but struggles to tick over for the couple of minutes, afterwhich, it's perfect.

Can I adjust the cold tickover?

I think this might just be generic to the model I've had 2 brand new mk5's one of which was a late 2000 and they all suffered with the same problem from new.

Any more idea's how the cold tick-over is adjusted ?
