HELP with servicing issues

as posted in my newbie post earlier in week im getting me first transit for me valeting business, its a x-reg swb-semi-hightop 80ps if thats right, i was just wondering how often it will need servicing-i.e oil n filter, fuel filters etc, its got 116000miles on clock n what bowt diff oils, gearbox oil etc n are they chain or belt driven n when should this be changed n if theres no history with it is there anyway of checking when it was all last done ????? any help greatly appreciated

it will be belt driven and if you cant prove when it was last done then i would do it

my old man picked it up for me today n the guys gunna give him paperwork on tuesday watever there is with it as hes using it one last time to move house in, hes putting two new rear tyres on it n then its ours, i was goin to service it meself n just save all receipts n make a log of wat ive done to it, just wasnt sure what oils to use in engine, g.box, diff etc

smileys are belt driven and the later ones are chain driven...

is yours a late mk5 (smiley) or mk6? (the one before the current model)

general service every 12K or sooner.

Cambelt needs doing every 40K

Engine oil : 5w/30 semi synth.
Gearbox oil: MT75
Axle oil: EP90

the axle oil is in theory non serviceable - but it can be topped up. You can suck the oil out with a vacuum pump and put new in which is probably a good idea. I dont think the gearbox has a set interval except it needs to be kept topped up...
