solid flywheel conversion

just put a solid flywheel and new clucth in my 2001 transit rwd 2,4deisel it starts for about 2 seconds then cuts out please help ,,

ok sorry , but still cant get it goin i put the battery on charge all night fitted battery it fired up for about 2 seconds then cuts out can u help me plz
