Cab heater switch

Postby alan Rutherford » Sat Jan 09, 2010 2:02 pm

Good Morning/Afternoon or evening

My internal heater plug has welded and have no heater. In this weather it kind of makes it a problem.

Can I get a plug cut the old one off and re-install the new one using cable spade connections or do I need to do somthing else.

Thanks a lot

Hi just using the female spade terminals should work ok, just make sure you get the fully insulated ones and take note of which wire colours go to which pin on the switch when you take the plug off. if the terminals are a loose fit squash them with pliers a little :)
